2-day seminar is designed to help high-potential individuals make
greater improvements in their coaching ability. Managers primary responsibility
is to develop and enhance the skill sets of their direct reports.
We discuss the strengths and weaknesses of each of the participants,
illustrating the most effective processes for communicating and advising
employees on how and why they should improve. We also illustrate specific
tactics to clearly identify the problem and how to create the proper
solutions to alter and improve behavior. |
Real
life scenarios are discussed and participants learn from each other
as well as a knowledgeable consultant who can objectively offer
guidance and resources. A specific plan is developed for an employee
within the manager's direct control using the concepts discussed
in the course.
Managers

their employees to increase productivity and alter behavior to create
higher satisfaction for individuals, peers, clients and subordinates.
