The
Leadership and Influence Workshop is a 3-day workshop with a group
of approximately eight participants. It is an opportunity for people
in leadership positions to take a step back and assess how they
lead their organization. Their leadership style is evaluated and
assessed. They are given unique insight into the way others perceive
them as well as the strengths they bring to their company as a key
leader.
The
seminar is designed to present the latest in thinking about leadership
in business organizations. All of the participants are from different
companies: this provides an open forum for feedback, and discussion,
and is free from political retribution.
|
Discussions
focus on the application of that thinking to each participant's
unique situation and leadership style.
Managers
receive targeted and constructive feedback from other workshop participants
as well as experienced consultants, who have counseled executives
in some of the largest and most profitable corporations in America.
All feedback is extremely confidential and designed to enhance the
leadership skills of each individual in the class.
It
also allows participants to learn and practice new leadership techniques,
which they can use in the future to handle a variety of managerial
issues that arise in the challenging business environment of today.
